I'm a program manager who likes making complicated things clear.

Currently, I'm a Senior Program Manager at Procore, where I lead cross-functional programs across Product and Technology, including R&D capacity planning and software rationalization. My work connects engineering effort to company-level planning and booking, so accuracy and clear communication matter as much as the timeline.

Before Procore, I was an Implementation Project Manager at Bloomerang, a donor management platform for nonprofits. I moved customers off more than 25 different systems, from Salesforce to Raiser's Edge to QuickBooks, and learned that the fastest path is rarely the right one when someone's data is on the line.

Some of my favorite work is helping people adapt to something new. I've supported 250+ people through process changes with office hours, guides, and training, and I've learned that a good rollout matters as much as a good plan.
